Now my hair is not only alive, but it has dimension and looks naturally sun kissed. She also knew exactly what style and hair coloring treatment would be most successful for me. I have heard great things about all of the stylists, however, Anastasia is my girl! She is like a hair psychic! She saw my hair and immediately knew what kind of products would bring my hair back from the dead. My best friends have always gone to Twig, and their hair says it all! I have never had such positive salon experiences. I was so bored with my dry, brunette hair but always too hesitant to do anything different with it. I don't know how they are able to achieve so many good reviews, except perhaps by hiring people to write them. When I spoke to my friends in Boulder about my experience here, I suddenly became aware that I was in good company. If you want to leave someplace feeling taken advantage of (super expensive haircuts and services - the prices are not given on their website) and feeling worse about yourself than when you went in (again, the condescending attitude was unbelievable) then this is the place for you. I had been here a few times before and the haircuts were always hit or miss, but this time I was so disappointed and deeply regretted supporting this place. The lighting is awful, and shows every flaw in your face. I waited for 45 minutes for my service with no apology or discount given. Terrible experience here - haughty and condescending attitude from my stylist (Olivia) and front desk. Erica is personable, and incredible to talk to! Best waxer in Boulder! My mom, sisters, and best friends all see her now because she is THAT good.Īmazing experience at Twig today, got my eyebrows waxed, a great time, they've never looked better. I have been getting waxed for years by Erica. It looks absolutely gorgeous, and I’m totally in love!! I highly recommend April to anyone needing a cut and/or color. I was so nervous, but she completely nailed it. My last visit I requested to add auburn into my hair along with some highlights. My stylist, April, is amazing, professional, and always makes me feel like a million bucks. I have been to Twig Hair Salon on several different occasions, typically for a haircut, and have always been pleased. If you're looking for someone who is very detail oriented and extremely talented, I highly recommend making an appointment with April!
I trust April to guide me in the right direction as far as cut, color, and style. I trusted the wrong person to give me a balayage when I moved to Denver and thankfully April was able to work her magic and fix a MAJOR disaster. I am very picky about who I let do my hair and I cannot say enough amazing things about April at Twig. The drive from Denver to Boulder every 10 weeks to get my hair done is well worth it given the incredible and unmatched work that she does! Since moving to Denver from New Orleans, I have been searching for the right hair stylist and colorist.

I recently got color from her for the first time (my first color in a LONG time), and I couldn't be happier! I will keep coming back to Olivia and recommending her to all my friends, coworkers, and anyone who compliments my hair cut :-)Īpril is hands down the BEST stylist I've found in Boulder! I have a bit of curl to my long hair and it sometimes has a mind of it's own, and April has figured out how to cut and tame it like no one else. She always listens to me and what I want, then gives advice and help to make my haircut unique and perfect. I go to Olivia at Twig, and I love her! She is a wonderful stylist who is really passionate about hair.
